The company has since grown into one of the premier real estate ventures in the nation. In 1989, Jason Hughes earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University, and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego. He also attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business and the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
