Jason Hughes was born and raised in San Diego and has expanded his career throughout the United States. He started his career as a landholdings broker in the 1980s at Cushman & Wakefield in Century City. Later, Jason Hughes became an executive at Shay’s Landholdings in San Francisco, where he handled various tenant categories. For the past 20 years, Jason has worked as the CEO of Hughes Marino, which is based in San Diego and has the largest representation of clients. 

The company has since grown into one of the premier real estate ventures in the nation. In 1989, Jason Hughes earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University, and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego. He also attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business and the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson School of Management. As a businessman, Jason Hughes is very passionate about helping his employees grow and develop professionally. 

He enjoys spending time with his family and spending time with his wife and two sons.
