Yubo Joins Forces With the Diana Award to Battle Cyber Bullying

Yubo is the leading social network for teens, and we take our responsibility seriously when it comes to bullying prevention. We’re teaming up with the Diana Award to help young people stop cyberbullying.

The Diana Award is a charity founded by Princess Diana of Wales in memory of her son William, who was tragically and cruelly taken from us at too young. The Diana Award campaigns against bullying in all forms: physical, verbal, emotional, and cyberbullying.

Yubo is a YA (young adult) social network, so we want to ensure that our users are safe and can freely express themselves. We recently introduced our new anti-bullying tool called Yubo’s Circle. With this tool, users can report bullying incidents to other members of the Yubo community and us.

When a user reports a bullying incident through our Circle, we’ll block the bully and let the victim know what has happened. They will also give the victim a safe place to post and share their feelings. And we’re going to support them at every step along the way. In addition to reporting bullying incidents, users can also use Yubo’s Circle when they need support in dealing with a negative situation or emotional issue.

At Yubo, one of our top priorities is keeping our users safe – which means helping them deal with bullying and other kinds of abuse. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying and abuse – and we’re always ready to help those around us who need it.
