The Producer Randy Douthit

Randy Douthit He had not seen a television set before; Randy Douthit first saw the television when he visited his grandfather, Randy was not only happy, but his dream was birthed that day. When Randy saw the lights going on and off, he thought he could one day be the one controlling the lights in a showroom by the time Randy was only four years. Randy’s dream was to become a producer and a director. At the age of nine years, Douthit was already making films at his grandfather’s house and selling tickets to his neighbors around the residence.

Randy Douthit worked hard in school, and after his high school graduation, he joined the University and learned about production. After his graduation, Randy secured employment as a director at Portland’s KGW. It was at the media company that Randy got an opportunity to be a director of several award-winning films, including How Come a children’s show. Randy did well at Portlands’s KGW, and some of the presentations at the media organization increased its audience. Douthit got an opportunity to work for one of the largest media companies in the world, CNN. During that time, C NN was beginning in the industry. Randy was a producer and director of several CNN films and shows, including Gang Capital and Cross Fire. The shows have also won awards for some of the exhibits at CNN.

Randy DouthitWhen Randy Douthit was asked where the idea of becoming a director and a producer came from, he mentioned that he dreamed about it when he was four years old at his grandfather’s house. Randy’s day starts with a workout; then he goes to the office to check for the production work that needs to be produced for the day. Randy knows how to keep his audience up to date; he ensures that they get what they want, which is how he brings ideas to life. Douthit mentioned that if he were allowed to be young again, he would concentrate more. Randy tells other investors to meditate daily; he noted that it is healthy to do so at least 5 minutes a day. Despite being a top producer and director, Randy has failed in the journey. He noted that among the failure is canceling a show early and not replacing it with another project.
