The Financial Manager, John Hailer
John Hailer currently serves as the Independent Director of the General Partner of the Company after he was also voted in as a partner of the conflicts, compensation and audit committees of the of directors of the general partner in July 2018. Natixis John Hailer has also served as President of the 1251 Asset Management division of 1251 Capital Group which is a financial services company in found in Boston and has in possession of a focused group of companies in the asset management and insurance sectors.
John Hailer took up more than 18 years at Natixis Investment Managers which was formerly known to be the ‘’Natixis Global Asset Management’’ where he served as president and Chief Executive Officer for the Americas and Asia. There, he assisted that firm to strategically reposition as a world solutions provider and even develop to become the largest asset managers globally.
John Hailer was accountable for new business establishment in North and Latin America at Fidelity Investment Institutional Services Company where he was also the director of retail business development for Putnam Investments before he joined the Natixis Institutional Managers. He serves as an administrator on numerous other boards inclusive of the Boston Medical Center and Boston Public Library.
John Hailer also executes duties as the Chairman of the Board for each of the New England Council and Back Bay Association. He had also served as a member of the Beilot College’s Board of Administrators. John Hailer’s expertise in the financial services industry and the significance in capital markets makes him a worthy member of the board of directors. He is now 59 years of age and has been the Independent Director of the General Partner of Global Partners LP right from 2018.
