When his father passed away, he took the money that he got from his inheritance and then used it to make investments. Though his initial trading investments were not great and he did end up losing money, it was a great place to start in terms of learning the market. Also, as Ross Cameron shares, learning how to properly and efficiently trade and make money. 

He is now a successful trader and is working to share his knowledge with other people so that they too can become traders and so that they can make more money and invest that money to make even more. And this is the task Ross Cameron holds as a life mission.
