Another contributor to the demand for rentals is the mortgage crisis. Many people, especially first-time buyers, cannot require a mortgage. High interest rates and credit restrictions have people shopping for rentals instead of homes to purchase. That is why the guidance from experts such as Nick Millican are so necessary.

 

Lack of housing is another problem, he recalls. People who would like to move are deciding to stay put because the rent on new places is too high, Nick Millican informs.
