dedication resulted in Tufts becoming a core school in 2009. 

The impact of Nelson’s efforts is evident. Since his initiative, 20 Tufts graduates have
interned or secured full-time roles at JP Morgan. One notable success story is
Jon Trott, a 2010 graduate, who attributes his internship and subsequent employment to Nelson’s guidance. 

Nelson’s contributions extend beyond recruitment. He actively participates in the Tufts Financial Network, offering insights and speaking at events
designed to educate students about the finance industry. His engagement has
cultivated a robust network of Tufts alumni within JP Morgan, further strengthening the recruitment pipeline.
