Happy Joe’s Pizza Present in Egypt
Egypt’s newest pizza restaurant, Happy Joe’s Pizza, has opened its doors to the public. The arrival of this fast-casual dining experience is a monumental occasion for the Egyptian food scene and yet another example of an enterprising local business that is paving its way in an already competitive market.
Ahmed El Batran of H.J. Middle East L.L.C. founded Happy Joe’s Pizza to provide guests with a unique, gourmet pizza dining experience. They achieve this through a fresh, modern menu and welcoming environment. “We are so excited to be here and have a unique product that we hope will be successful in Egypt and throughout the region,” he said.
According to Happy Joe’s Chief Happiness Officer and President Tom Sacco, Happy Joe’s Pizza is bringing a variety of unique pizza combinations. And the news is that it is bringing gourmet pizza to the Egyptian market. Each of their pies comes with two unique topping options, and there is even a Super Supreme that includes all four. “We have chosen a unique technique for our crust method, using yeast and wheat flour instead of traditional breadcrumbs.
Our dough recipe includes honey, cinnamon, raisins, nuts, and minced garlic. We wanted something unique to the fast food market, and we’re very happy with the result,” he said. Happy Joe’s Pizza has selected the most popular combinations and created a Signature Series menu for Egyptian guests.
However, El Batran is confident that smaller orders will be based on specific tastes and preferences. Happy Joe’s offers various beverage options, from an extensive selection of beers and spirits to delicious lemonade and frappe. “Most of all, at the American Pizza Parlor, we wanted to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere different from any other,” Sacco said. “At Happy Joe´s, we are very happy with the response so far and hope that guests will return again and again.”
