Vijay Eswaran has become an acclaimed speaker who has built a globally successful multilevel marketing company in QI Group Ltd., and has become a leader in the Asian business community. He’s delivered speeches at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland including in 2016 when he spoke on issues currently affecting Malaysia and India and how special business organizations can be built.
He’s also spoken at other summits including the Global Indian Business Meet in New York in 2012 in which he was honored with the New Global Indian award in business and philanthropy. In fact, Eswaran has named India’s greatest civil rights leader Mahatma Gandhi as a man who has greatly inspired his work.
Vijay Eswaran wanted to go into business not just for himself, but to help a struggling Asian economy during a tough period. His father worked for the Malaysian Ministry of Labor and as a result Eswaran’s family traveled across the country during much of his youth.

After completing his MBA at Southern Illinois University, Eswaran worked for several IT companies as a consultant for a few years before he began exploring network and multilevel marketing (MLM). Eswaran and Joseph Bismark decided to start their own MLM company from scratch, an effort that took a lot of grassroots work and funding of their own to do with not a lot of public financing options available.
QI Group became the parent company to QNET, its chief direct selling branch, QStride, a marketing research and data analytics company, and the parent to other financing and logistics companies as well. Eswaran also helped start QI Group’s philanthropy organization RYTHM Foundation, and he also launched a training program in MLM in partnership with a major Malaysian University.
